A single fee covers the entire service we provide, with no limits on the time we devote to getting a job done. We are ready to share in the risks our clients take.

In the early stages of an entrepreneurial business, when future income is uncertain, Francisca Management Services only starts charging a fee once a start-up begins to generate revenue – and we apply no catch-ups or cancellation penalties.

We do not take equity stakes in our clients’ firms, nor are we an incubator or provider of seed capital. Our approach to remuneration grows from our long-term perspective and our commitment to building a close and trusting relationship with our clients
